The following term-analysis documents were produced as part of the Standardization Committee’s project to standardize French common law vocabulary in the field of domestic violence. This projet led to the publication of the Domestic Violence Glossary (common law) by the Translation Bureau of Canada.
The term-analysis documents from the “100” series were produced by the Translation Bureau of Canada (BT), those from the “200” series by the Centre for Legal Translation and Documentation (CTDJ) of Ottawa and those from the “300” series by the Centre de traduction et de terminologie juridiques de Moncton (CTTJ).
