The following term-analysis documents were produced as part of the Standardization Committee’s project to standardize French common terminology in the field of alternative dispute resolutions. This project led to the publication of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Glossary (common law) published as Terminology Bulletin 296 (English-French) and Bulletin de terminologie 296 (français-anglais), by the Translation Bureau of Canada.
The term-analysis documents from the “100” series were produced by the Translation Bureau of Canada (BT), those from the “200” series by the Centre for Legal Translation and Documentation (CTDJ) of Ottawa and those from the “300” series by the Centre de traduction et de terminologie juridiques de Moncton (CTTJ).
