The following term-analysis documents were produced as part of the Standardization Committee’s project to standardize French common law vocabulary in the field of family law. This project led to the publication of the Family Law Glossary (Common Law), published as Terminology Bulletin 271 (English-French) and Bulletin de terminologie 271 (français-anglais) by the Translation Bureau of Canada.
The term-analysis documents from the “100” series were produced by the Translation Bureau of Canada (BT), those from the “200” series by the Centre for Legal Translation and Documentation (CTDJ) of Ottawa and those from the “300” series by the Centre de traduction et de terminologie juridiques de Moncton (CTTJ).
